I'm not very good at pottery at all so I actually found it a lot easier, not so much easier but it is quite like the bigger wheel,
which was pretty fun and pretty cool to see. The other girls just started today, learnt today on the homespun mini and accomplished pretty much the same thing. This shows it's pretty easy to learn on the homespun mini 2. The cleaning process I would say quite simple and straightforward. You put the detachable splashpan and bat and wipe them off, and then just wipe off the
the actual mini wheel as well. Just making sure not to get any water into it because it is not waterproof, but overall it is pretty easy. More importantly I have so much fun.

The homespun mini is very fun and it was honestly pretty easy to pick up and easy to use. It's nice to feel the clay and it's kind of therapeutic. it turns out to be cheaper than I thought. I have a lot of fun with the homespun mini.

I've been doing pottery for 3 months and I live like an hour away from the studio. It is really expensive to get one of those big wheels so I actually invest in a small one so I can have some fun at home.

I've been potting for about 6 months but I've been doing some and building before and little sculptures. The homespun mini wheel is quite challenging and it's been quite fun. I am learning new ways to do it with a smaller machine and its so much fun. If you want something mobile that you can take with you on the go, bring to the park and to the cafe or anything. A fun little tool to have and the price is quite attractive.

Can I submerge the Homespun Mini in water to clean it?

In-short no.
The Homespun Mini is not IP-rated and is not designed to be submerged in water. To clean the wheel, simply use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe away any excess clay.

What is the current lead time of the Homespun Mini?

What type of clay can I use on the Homespun Mini?

You can use any type of clay. If you don't have access to a kiln, air-dry clay is an alternative. Keep in mind air-dry clay is relatively more difficult to wheel-throw than traditional ceramic clay.

Can I use my own USB-C charger to power the wheel?

Yes, you can! To get the best performance, you'll need a charger that provides at least 40W.
Keep in mind that typical older phone chargers usually fall short of this, but newer fast chargers and laptop chargers often provide more than enough power.

What is the warranty policy?
